What will you be doing?

  • Operate various machines and assemble window frames;
  • Delivering custom work;
  • Ensuring that the frames you produce are available for fitters to assemble, which requires you to adhere to the tight production schedule;
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the production department;
  • Produce plastic window frames, doors and sliding doors;
  • Perform quality control to ensure products meet required standards;
  • Contribute to the improvement of production processes, suggesting room for innovation and optimization of the production process.

What do you get in return?

  • Working week of 40 hours;
  • Gross monthly salary between €1,995.00 and €3,000.00 (based on relevant work experience and 40 hours per week);
  • 24 vacation days and 7 scheduled days off per year, plus 8% vacation pay;

What do we expect from you?

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment and/or with plastics is a plus, but you are welcome even without experience, as we will train you to be a professional;
  • Choice of day or evening shift for your work schedule;
  • Stress resistance is important, given the tight schedule in production;
  • Accuracy and high quality of work are requirements;
  • A technical college education is an advantage, but if you have an interest in production engineering, you are also welcome;
  • Availability from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm;
  • Experience is helpful, but not necessary, as we are willing to train you.

Bij Ploeg kozijnen, een familiebedrijf met een team van zo'n 170 medewerkers, hebben we ons hoofdkantoor met showroom en moderne productiefaciliteit, en ons zakelijke kantoor en distributiecentrum, beide gevestigd in Nieuw-Vennep. Als operator werk je op onze productieafdeling aan de Pesetaweg.

Ondanks onze indrukwekkende groei blijft de vertrouwde sfeer van het familiebedrijf behouden. Onze toegewijde medewerkers werken hard, maar er is altijd ruimte voor open communicatie, het delen van verbeterpunten of gewoon een gezellig praatje.
