Your Role
As a dedicated Operator at Royal A-ware, you will be pivotal in the packaging process. You will ensure that our advanced packaging lines perform optimally by:
- Accurately adjusting, operating and monitoring the machines to ensure every cheese is packed perfectly;
- Managing one or two production employees, ensuring a smooth workflow;
- Performing minor maintenance and efficient troubleshooting to minimise downtime;
- Working in a 3-shift system, enjoying flexible working hours and attractive allowances.

- Technical background or experience in a similar position;
- Excellent technical insight and problem-solving skills;
- Fluent in Dutch and/or English, for good communication with colleagues;
