Procestechniek.nl is recruiting an Operator for an international manufacturer in the food production industry.

You'll work an average of 33.6 hours per week while being paid for 40 hours, giving you more time off without sacrificing your income.

Your role
As an Operator, you ensure the production process runs safely, efficiently and according to schedule. You monitor product quality and resolve technical issues whenever they arise.
Your responsibilities include:
- Operating, setting up and adjusting production machines;
- Monitoring the production process;
- Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or process-related issues;
- Performing quality checks according to HACCP, GMP and BRC standards;
- Following production schedules;
- Contributing ideas for continuous improvement.
You will work in a 5-shift rotation:
- 2 morning shifts;
- 2 afternoon shifts;
- 2 night shifts;
- Followed by 4 consecutive days off.

What we ask
Previous experience as an Operator is an advantage but not essential. Candidates with production experience or strong technical aptitude are also encouraged to apply. Full training will be provided.
Requirements:
- Good command of Dutch or English;
- Motivated and hands-on attitude;
- Physically fit for production work;
- Quality-focused and accurate;
- Willing to learn and improve processes.
