Would you like to prepare food products while operating and controlling production equipment? Procestechniek.nl is recruiting a Food Production Operator for Solina in Nieuw-Vennep.
You work with equipment used to mix and prepare products including sauces and marinades. You follow recipes and production orders, set up the machinery correctly and monitor each batch.
The base salary is €2,600 to €2,800 gross per month, excluding shift allowances.

You control every batch.
As a Food Production Operator, you play a central role in the production process. You make sure ingredients are processed according to recipe while maintaining quality and food safety.
Your responsibilities include:
· Mixing and preparing food products
· Following production orders and recipes
· Setting production machines and equipment
· Starting equipment and performing test runs
· Working with a scanner
· Carrying out process and product quality checks
· Monitoring machine performance
· Identifying process or product deviations
· Solving basic operating issues independently
· Recording production information
· Performing basic daily maintenance
· Reporting technical faults
· Identifying HSEQ and process improvement opportunities
· Keeping the production area clean and safe
Arbeidsvoorwaarden
Your shifts boost your monthly income.
You can expect:
· €2,600 to €2,800 gross per month base salary
· 25% shift allowance between 18:00 and 00:00
· 50% shift allowance between 00:00 and 06:00
· 40 hours per week
· Monday-to-Friday work
· 25 vacation days with the option to purchase more
· A €150 quarterly attendance bonus subject to applicable conditions

Shift times:
· Morning: 06:00 - 15:00
· Afternoon/evening: 14:00 - 23:00
· Night: 22:00 - 07:00
Wat we van jou verwachten
Food experience gives you an advantage.
· You are available 40 hours per week
· You are willing to work a 3-shift schedule
· Preferably, you have at least 1 year of recent production experience
· Experience in food manufacturing is strongly preferred
· Experience with mixing, cooking or process equipment is an advantage
· You can set machines and identify abnormalities
· You can work accurately according to recipes
· You are physically able to perform production work
· You speak fluent English or Dutch
· Having your own transport is preferred
· You work safely and hygienically

Products including sauces and marinades are manufactured at this location. The production process covers ingredient preparation, mixing, cooking and packaging.
Solina is expanding from two to three shifts. This creates opportunities for operators who want responsibility and room to develop their production skills.
During your shift, you see raw ingredients become a complete batch. You monitor the recipe, process and equipment that make that transformation possible.
