Your accuracy keeps production running.

As a Weighing Operator, you work at the start of the production process. Getting the ingredients right at this stage helps prevent delays and quality issues later.

Your responsibilities include:

·        Picking ingredients and materials using a scanner

·        Processing production orders according to schedule

·        Preparing ingredients accurately for production

·        Setting machines to the correct parameters

·        Starting equipment and carrying out test runs when needed

·        Performing limited manual production activities

·        Carrying out regular process and product checks

·        Checking that machines are operating correctly

·        Identifying deviations and solving basic issues independently

·        Recording production data

·        Performing basic daily maintenance

·        Reporting technical faults to the maintenance department

·        Identifying improvements related to quality, safety and HSEQ

·        Keeping your workstation clean and safe

You work independently, but experienced operators and supervisors are available when more complex issues occur.
