Your role
Stability, technology and variety
As a Maintenance Technician, you work in a 3-shift system and ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical and control systems
- Perform preventive maintenance to avoid downtime
- Drive continuous improvement and increase equipment reliability
- Support installation, commissioning and technical projects
- Accurately register maintenance work in the EAM system
- Work according to strict safety and quality standards (GMP/HACCP)
- Train and support operators in basic maintenance
- Collaborate closely with technicians and production team

What we ask
Your technical skills drive performance
- MBO level 4 in Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of PLC, mechanics, pneumatics and hydraulics
- Experience with maintenance systems (CMMS/EAM)
- VCA/VOL certificate
- NEN3140 certification or willingness to obtain
- Good command of English
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
